If our Services allow you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with our Services.

You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUFFY STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buffy Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
